The fondant cupcakes i made!
I got the deco ideas from the web :)

so now,

i dont actually give a damn abt the logos anymore.
Too lazy. and troublesome.
My sis's band dinner is tmr!
i've just baked a batch of cupcakes,
ready to be frosted tmr.
i have to say though,
it wasnt as great as the previous batch i made.
maybe its cuz i scaled the recipe down by half.
and maybe some ingredients arent supposed to be scaled that way :/
IDK. sigh.
i've just came up with the price list and the order form btw.
here's the price list:

CUSTOMISED MARSHMALLOW FONDANT CAKES

- Basic price (6inch): SGD$46, inclusive of one layer of filling in between the cake.

- Price for type of filling:

·         Basic

·         Chocolate

·         Lemon                    Basic price

·         Coffee

·         Orange

·         Cream Cheese: add SGD$1 to basic price.

·         Chocolate ganache: add SGD$3 to basic price.

- Cake toppers: From SGD$3 onwards, depending on the design.

- Charge accordingly to the type of requests (colors of cake, extra layers of filling etc.)

CUSTOMISED CUPCAKES

- Basic price (mini, base abt 3.5cm): SGD$1.50 each, min order of 12.

- Basic price (normal sized): SGD$2.50 each, min order of 6.

- Price for type of frosting:

·         Basic

·         Chocolate

·         Lemon                    Basic price

·         Coffee

·         Orange

·         Cream Cheese: add SGD$0.20 each to basic price.

·         Chocolate ganache(glazed): add SGD$0.20 each to basic price.

·         Chocolate ganache(piped): add SGD$0.20 each to basic price.

- Colorful sprinkles: add SGD$0.10 each to basic price.

- Price for fondant covered/flat fondant topper: add SGD$0.20 each to basic price

- 3D Cupcake toppers: From SGD$1 each onwards, depending on the design.

It may seem a little confusing to some ppl tho :X

im just starting out, so i guess i cant price the cakes too high.

i'll feel guilty if i charge too much,

esp if they're my friends.

ohwell. guess i'll just increase the price as time goes by.

im just afraid tt i dont have the time to bake anymore

when sch starts.

Customised fondant cakes sold in SG are wayyyyyy expensive. 

The cheapest i could find was 85 bucks ONWARDS.

I dont think i could charge these prices.

Most people who order form me are students afterall.

im gg back to sch with jo and lx to collect our SGC coming wed!
